The productivity paradox in AI-augmented engineering teams is well-documented now, more code, more PRs, flat delivery metrics. The bottleneck was never generation. It was always review.
Multi-agent code review is the structural response most teams haven't fully explored yet. We broke down the data, the architectural logic, and where human judgment still belongs in the loop.

Strong framing. The failure mode we keep seeing is that teams compare one agent to one reviewer, when the real comparison is structured review lanes.
The setup gets much better when one layer handles deterministic policy checks, another summarizes architectural deltas, and the human reviewer stays focused on judgment calls. Otherwise you just produce more noise.
The win is usually not fewer humans. It is fewer low-signal review cycles.
