HTML 5 kicked out the alignment for centering when it comes to text and replaces it.
Very simple, you can do it in a few ways.
P { Text-align: centre}
Or if you're looking for a custom tag

Yes that TOTALLY worked!! ... for centering the text ... however now my text seems stuck at the top of the picture .... how do I adjust it up or down ?
