If you have any flair for IT, then home IT support is a way to go, but don't expect to get a better job situation and better paid than just applying for a regular job.

Wordpress based websites.

With the right template, you could deploy a site with plugins, copy, logo and images and not touch a single line of code. I know people that got their start doing this. It's never a good idea to take the easy way out, and you won't become a millionaire from it, but it'll earn you some money in the right circles.

Do be careful going down this path. If you run into problems and can't fix them yourself, most real PHP developers will shun you for doing this, not to mention having to answer to the client.
