Software Engineering Radio - se-radio.net (lots of interesting topics and guess here, covers a wide range)

The Changelog - changelog.com/podcast (only really relevant if you're interested in opensource projects)

Programming Throwdown - programmingthrowdown.com (this one strays from programming quite a bit, but the hosts cover some really interesting topics and keep things simple)
