Great discussion! As far as tools for building AR applications are concerned, the “better” tool depends highly on how you plan to develop your application and which platforms you will use. Some of the most popular AR development platforms include Unity (in combination with AR Foundation), which can be used for developing applications for various platforms. Other great platforms are ARKit and ARCore, which allow the development of applications for iOS and Android platforms, respectively.
However, finding the right tools is only half the battle. Companies today are increasingly inclined to hire developers who have experience using these tools. This saves lots of time and effort during development.
