I hear most of the people saying, 'Developers are not social enough'. And I know that is not true.

We can hack into facebook and take ownership of ex-boy/girlfriend/husband/wife's account. Or we can take back hacked emails or fb accounts. I constantly get this kind of requests from friends and family.

For my wife, even after 7 years, she is doing a real job ( nurse ) but I am just sitting in front of computer, pretty much doing nothing. :)

Wife: I am so tired today, it has been such a long day.
Me: Yeah, me too.
Wife: C'mon. You are just sitting on your chair all day staring at computer.
Me: ...and?

Most of the girls think that we all are boring 😠

My favorite to this day remains what the mother of the wife of a friend of mine assumed

So you are working with computers? Could you take a look at my washing-machine

to be fair it was a modern digital edition ;D ... still I have to smile every time I think about it.

and the all time classic:

A: You are a programmer, right?
B: Yes.
A: I have a problem with my computer, could you help? 
B: Depends on what the problem is, 
what kind of computer do you have?
A: a grey one
B: .....
