I'd love to hear more about what you read, listened or watched this week.
The articles/videos/podacsts do not have to be brand new.
But, I'd like to hear what you enjoyed and why...
So, let's go!
I came across this amazing piece of article by Almog:
Also, I am reading "AI Super Powers" by Kai-Fu Lee: amazon.com/AI-Superpowers-China-Silicon-Valley/dp…
Since Fazle already covered Hashnode, I'll share some I've found elsewhere.
In general, I'm mostly interested in architecture-oriented and DevOps articles.
Finally finished reading this book completely, Soft Skills: The Software Developer's Life Manual.
NO shame to tell, this was the third attempt. 😋
I enjoyed reading about 60 to 70% of the overall content. Those are motivating enough. BTW, one of the chapters talk about writing blogs and why. 😊😊
Hence this one is at the top now!
I listen to Syntax.fm episodes by Wes Bos and Scott Tolinski mostly every week.
This week. hmmm
I am currently reading 3 books in parallel I post the references to the books
So this is my current daily baseline.
videos:
I read and watched more but those stood out to me. I didn't realize how much material i instantly forgot, this week ;D.
Addendum:
canonical.org/~kragen/memory-models
Nice article about programming langugage memory models and their history with overview of basic sources of aspiration for modern languages.
canonical.org/~kragen/tao-of-programming
Also a nice one again from Kragen, programmer philosophy with a bit of Oriental flavour.
I make a list of best stories on Hashnode, every week. Here's the latest one:
However, I read Bolaji Ayodeji's "Introduction to Web Accessibility" yesterday and it's good.
So, I'll start:
Ogundiji Bolade
Aspiring World class Software Developer
Just finished reading The GROWTH MINDSET demystified, interesting read.
