I didn't find Ghost better in anyway. It's very difficult to manage and use than Wordpress.
Joomla is the biggest SHIT, ever developed on earth :D each of my joomla setups got hacked :D joomla? NEVER EVER!!!

I think there are very few people who are using Joomla these days. It may be good for certain kinds of applications, but it is certainly not the CMS made for the current generation.
