Depends! If you're coming from Angular 1, it might seem a little hard, because everything's changed, but if you have a basic idea of TypeScript, and Modular Architecture, I think it's not so hard.
If it is your first JS framework maybe it'll be a little complicated to adapt to the essence of an component, and to start with TypeScript, but Angular docs are well done, so you shouldn't have much of a problem.
