The last time I checked, close to an year ago, the provisioning process for the Swarm managers is manual. You have to bring three nodes manually.
It would be nice if everything happened at the click of a button. DC/OS, I dabbled around it a little bit, the learning curve is steep there, but I think it's a very very good and a proven orchestration system.
