I implore you to take a look at Vue if you are an angular bod. Reason being that as you will I'm sure find out, React is awesome but a project built around React and Redux etc. can quickly become very complex and quite verbose. I'm not saying that you shouldn't stick with React (quite the opposite in fact - it's awesome!), but you should definitely include Vue in your research. It's like all the best bits of React and Angular rolled up into something much simpler, but with no less power and flexibility.
Ok, let me qualify what I'm saying real quick because I feel like an advertisement for Vue, when actually I firmly believe in using the right tool for the job and never retrofitting the job to fit your favourite tool. What I'm actually saying is that when deciding what tools you have available to do a job and you're looking at jQuery or Angular or React.. that you should also include Vue in that list, because you'll find it has use cases that set it apart from the others (in the same way that they have use cases that set them apart).
