Recently I started focusing more on Python..

So I started by improving my python skills.
Added some web scrapping knowledge using requests module
Improved my regex knowledge using python.
learned some django.
Some Tkinter for UI.

And currently planning to learn kivy a python framework for multiplatform UI, as well as socket for network operations, and then I will start learning data analysis and AI in Python.

Aside from Python I also learnt:

Html basics (I am too late I know 😂)
Vim editor.
dived more in Git and sql.

And that's it for now, but this is a very good question by the way because it made me evaluate how did I progress in previous period and how should I plan for the upcomming period. Thanks for the invite :)
