Over the period of time, I have observed that the current tools handling the market are disconnected, and it's easy to showcase the information about oneself (work history, skills, etc.) with some correct and incorrect information.
If we can streamline this information and help the company to hire, spend time, and train the right resources, companies will grow organically.
I have not just started it, but have made good progress on this work. Checking with others how they feel about these kinds of products rather than relying on scattered information.
