I'm working on Java basic programming level and i want to know some programming languages which is having huge opportunities in present market value and in the software industry.
I have a fellow who knows Java, he did some great work in Genetics and managed to hook it up to a larger ecosystem that involves Javascript etc. What I suggest is to reformulate the question:
How can I contribute 'some stuff' with huge market value with what I currently know?
Don't fall for the bandwagon, Java is not going anywhere..
Don't choose the Languages, they're just form of expressing your logic, instead try to choose a Platform/Domain and get an expertise in that. That holds more value than languages.
Market value varies by region. In some places it's Python, in others niche functional languages. Then of course JavaScript is everywhere and it doesn't hurt to at least know ES6 fundamentals.
Maybe have a look at spectrum.ieee.org/static/interactive-the-top-prog… and see if that helps?
Generally though I agree with Anuj that you should focus on concepts and not get hung up on language. eg. if you know OOP but haven't looked into FP yet, that's a big value add to consider. A lot of the highly-rated languages are FP-oriented.
Don't be a "language specific" guy. Now single projects contain two or more language in back-end. Learn basic concepts. that's it.

All of them and none of them. Language in itself has very little value. The value is in how good you are with the tool at hand.
