Getting to know what the community has in their plugin set while developing in JavaScript
Here's mine. I'll keep it more minimalistic:
on Vue.Js
These seem to work well for me:
AutoCloseTag
AutoRenameTag
BracketPairColorizer
Debugger for Chrome
ESlint
StyleLint
Prettier with the following to set to true
Path Intellisense
Npm Intellisense
ES7 React/Redux/React-Native/JS snippets
color hightlight
importCost
Version Lens
vscode-styled-components
If you need "plugins" to your EDITOR just to write JavaScript, there is something horrifyingly and/or terrifyingly WRONG with whatever it is you are working on.
Sounds a bit like the emacs nutters who waste more time screwing around making macros than they do producing code that actually runs.
It's an editor. Man up, open it up, and write your damned code!
This is probably part of why vscode seemed like bloated nonsense to me.
