I haven't tried it out, but I'm not a fan of the Sublime/Atom/Code/Brackets style of editor so I'm not sure if this new version is for me.
I love using Coda, it has:
Because of the tight integration of a few key features all as 'first class citizens', instead of as addons, it feels like I'm in my own 'development environment'. I have Remote files, code, terminal, browser preview all open as 'equal' tabs that I can cycle between, where if I was using other editors like Sublime I'd either have a terminal (or preview) as part of one editor view (as a plugin) or else be switching out of my editor to use a terminal app (and a browser, and an FTP app, etc) all the time. It's either too contained or too separate, but Coda is that nice union of all tasks related to what I'm doing under the same window :D
