I am curious to know what kind of short exercises do you do at work during your breaks? Have you seen any health improvement in doing short exercises at work? How did you incorporated those exercises into your work life?
I walk to get tea very often. Which makes me walk to the toilet often. So really, I don't do exercise at the office...
But once or twice a week, I take the bus to work and run back home. It's not really at work, but it's still a way to save time on exercise by combining it with work.
