Admitting easily (and often) that I know nothing about a topic or technology. When I was starting out I felt it was my job to know everything and never wanted to admit a gap in my knowledge. But the field is so large nobody could ever know it all. Now I'm much quicker at being honest about what I know and don't know.
Being patient with learners behind me on the same learning path and slowing down to help them, rather than trying to push further head myself.
Being able to read code in languages I don't write and still see the problem solving that's present, rather than just seeing gibberish in a language I don't understand
