I've been improving the AllInOneTools.net homepage recently, and it got me thinking:

When you land on a tool website for the first time, what do you notice first?

For me, it's usually:

• How fast the page loads
• Whether I can understand the tool in 5 seconds
• Too many ads or popups
• If the actual tool is easy to find

A lot of websites focus on adding more features, but sometimes clarity matters more.
