What sport activity do you prefer to relax from work?
I'm more of a gym guy. I do occasionally play golf, but that's not really as relaxing as you would expect :P
Also a big time writer. I try to write every single day using Writerum and Trello (I know its weird, but it works). This is probably my best way to deload, although some times I do it in the morning to get me ready for the day.
I got a lower back problem so I do stretching exercises and sometimes go with friends to ride bicycle around the city. However, what I enjoy the most is walking.
Walking relaxes, give me time to think and also provides a small amount of exercise :D
I try to take walks, clear my head. Ideally, I'd go for a run.. but moreso I play video games. I'm getting a little old to be doing that tho 😅
Iʼm a hiker.
Being a father makes me do a lot of things like playing football (soccer, if you like) or roundball with the kids. I also go to close (ie. within 10km) places by bike, both for environmental reasons and for the sake of exercising.
But my main thing, whenever i need fresh air and moving my body, i go up a hill. I usually go up, have some time alone on the top, thinking and planning and then making my mind go quiet, then come down. I almost never stay for a night, camping is reserved for the kids, too.
I don't like to do sports.
But to keep alive to code, I do things that are fast and flexible:
Sometimes I find an excuse and don't do any sports for weeks or months.
Currently doing functional training. Free classes at my gym :)
Lift some weights...helps me unload stress. Pumps blood to the brain :)
I tend to cycle or walk for a few hours. 🚴♂️ I also used to get massages, they did wonders with my sore back. I think I should get back to my masseuse 🤔
Nothing, I just draw in my free time or write something.
P.s.- I'm gonna do some self promotion now 😂

I play the Ukulele to keep myself calm. For outdoor activities I go to the gym and workout.
I have been learning KungFu for past 1 year, It helps me to keep body and mind fit and toxic free.
Power Walking(Brisk Walking) Helps me. I do it for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening after office work/before dinner.
If you count drinking beer as a sport, I could be competing for a championship 🍻
I used to play Football and Basketball, but my crew is all over Europe right now so we don't have enough people to play.
Deffo, I'd go for Football, Futsal, Basketball, and Tennis, and yeah... ice cold beer
I love to bike to work and especially biking back home. That clears my head. I also love to go for a run and sometimes I go to dance classes. Thinking about the choreography and the movements really helps me stop to think about work stuff.
I never liked sports but when the company i work at built a quidditch, that's when i started playing soccer, i don't know why i didn't do that before😁
.22 rimfire rifle training and competitions. Trying to build up to nationals and then common wealth.

Hi. There is quite a lot of stress in my job and because of that I often come home very tired and irritable after a day's work. Fortunately, windsurfing allows me to relax and recharge my energy for new achievements. Basically, I buy all my windsurfing equipment on https://easy-surfshop.com/ because there is a huge range of equipment. I think you should check this site too!
