How do you define each one of them?
I guess wireframe is a mockup of wireframes, no colors or backgrounds
Mockup is a sketch, drawn
Prototype is an actual product that is prototyping the final product. Like before alpha release.
wireframe -- a quick sketch consisting of lines and/or zones
mockup -- something "mocked up" ...lol in photoshop. A static graphic representation of what the finish product could look like. Usually not polished or containing anything more than lorem ipsum as far as content goes
prototype -- something actually running on the intended platform. eg: a site at localhost or an app running in the emulator.

A wireframe is basically the figures with outlines and a sample of where things are going to be.
A mockup is a wireframe with design basically how is supposed to be but without real images and text.
A prototype is basically a mockup with real stuff to test if it works.
Or so I see it that way.
