I depends on individual, if you are the type that love reading docs.. flutter.dev/docs is the best place, everything you need is there.
but if you are the type that love video tutorial course udemy course is the best place for you. udemy.com/courses/search
So far whatever I have developed using flutter, 80% of the help came from the flutter document itself: https://flutter.dev/docs. Rest of it from stakeoverflow.
Note, most of my learning was on the job and not a planned session or training. I see Ryan Edge mentioned a great set already for that.
