I work from home, so that's my point of reference. I prefer an office environment because of the social aspect, but that's also the cause of many interruptions. From home, there's no office politics to deal with, no spur-of-the-moment meetings, no one coming over to my desk to interrupt me. I get a lot more done from home.
That said, my second choice would be cafe or some other public place. I don't mind the ambient noise of people around me. The problem there is if I go to a cafe too often I end up spending more money than I budget for such things. So, home it is, most of the time.

I have to say E) All of the above. I really like to change up my surroundings from time to time. Not every day but it's nice every now and then working a day or half day from home or at a coffee shop.
