I am really amazed by what Facebook has been doing for the OSS community in recent years. Truely an outstanding job. 👏 On the other hand, Google having so many initiatives to lure developers has been failing to do impress in many areas.
All their initiatives look selfish self promotions. What do you think?

I personally think facebook. The reason for that is fearly simple, take a look at react or jest.
