I am new to web hosting and want to start something of my own like a blog,portfolio etc.

I came across some plans:

1) Hosting with one website

2) Hosting with unlimited websites.

Which one should I go with?

Will I be able to make sub-domains if I buy one website plan?

The example I took here is from bluehost.com

Any suggestions guys?
