I'm a web developer and I've started learning python recently. However, I've recently found that go is fast for spanning and destroying lot of threads and uses multi cores by default. Also lot of ML let's are being when in Go. So I'd just like to know which is better?

Python is the best option for any machine learning, ai projects, reason behind this is availability of resources, libraries and community for python. Libraries like sci-kit, numpy,pandas,matplotlib, keras, tensorflow which are written in python. When you dig web for machine learning you will end up in finding a lot more resources related to python.
