For my job I'm on Notepad++ on a daily basis, for personal work (on Linux), I rely on SublimeText and I do have Atom installed, but haven't really tested it yet...
At work I have Tweakstyle (beta) installed, but I need to test that too...
Most of it is personal taste I reckon. Color schemes, plugins etc. will make a big difference depending on what you code most.
