Everyone talks about AI agents like the biggest challenge is choosing the right model.
But after reading multiple enterprise case studies and discussions recently, I realized the real problem is something else entirely.
Most enterprises are struggling with:
Legacy systems
Workflow integration
Compliance
Operational scalability
Internal data orchestration
That’s why many companies are moving toward “customized AI ecosystems” instead of fully custom-built AI agents.
Buying AI tools is fast, and building gives full control, but customization seems to be becoming the middle ground enterprises actually prefer.
Want to know how others here are approaching AI agent adoption.
Are you building from scratch, buying platforms, or extending existing AI systems?

Reinventing the wheel for modern infrastructure.
Spot on. Integrating cross-company IT systems has always been a massive headache—it honestly reminds me of the early SAP days. Today, it’s just getting more complex due to rising regulations.
Coming from a European perspective, I’m actually very pro-regulation. I strongly believe the state has a responsibility to step up and provide a secure, standardized digital foundation for its citizens. The real challenge is not throwing the baby out with the bathwater. We need smart regulations that actually support and enable progress, rather than bureaucratic roadblocks that just get in the way.
