I’ve been building AllInOneTools.net and one thing kept surprising me:

People often want to do one small task → convert a file, generate a QR code, check DNS, compress an image… and leave.

But many tools still ask for:
→ Sign up
→ Verify email
→ Create workspace
→ Upgrade later

For a 30-second task.

So I tried a different approach:
Open → Use → Done.
No login. No setup. No unnecessary steps.

Curious what others think:

Do you trust and reuse tools more when they remove friction?
Or do signups make a tool feel more trustworthy?
