There’s a massive gap between finishing a 3-month online course and actually handling a live client project. I’ve noticed a few places, like Lollypop Academy, are now integrating mandatory 2-month internships at their actual design studios (Lollypop Studio) as part of the curriculum. Do you think the 'simulation' of a bootcamp is enough, or is hands-on studio experience the only way to truly understand a designer's daily workflow? I’m leaning toward the latter—real-time feedback from design directors seems much more valuable than a generic certificate.
