Develop Mobile, Web, and Desktop application the same code base using C#?

Hi,

I want to develop the same software for Desktop, Mobile, and Web using C#. Also, develop using 3 Tire architecture without changing Business Layer and Data Access Layer. It's mean only a change Presentation Layer (UI). Any idea to develop like this software.
