How to tell which email password reset was sent to?

I recently came across a platform that exposes your email if you request a password request. It's a web service so they have domain information, which means you enter your domain and they say "We sent an email to name@domain.com".

It's a good argument that it's a good service to know which email it was sent to, but it's in my opinion an equally good argument that it exposes private information.

How would you meet both desires?
