How would you deal if you have a teammate that is so perfectionist?

On a project that I currently working on, I have a teammate that have an ADHD syndrome (which I think it affects her behavior from time to time). For some instances on a code-review, she tend to nag me about cleaning codes, extra handler for the unknown event that could may occur (in reality it's so rare, very rare). And sometimes, when she felt pressured (for example, just 5 days left before the production release) she always speaks to me in a bad tone sounding like it's my fault that we have minor things to fix/clean. How would you deal if you have a teammate that is so perfectionist?
