Tech Scene in Japan

Hey there,

I hope I am right with my guess that you are from Japan. I'm very interested in hearing about your tech scene! What are you particularly proud of? What are the little things you would love to see improved?

A very funny thing I observe is that many people are fond of Japanese processes and values (like Kanban (看板)) and even often use Japanese words (e.g. "muda"/無駄) as a kind of professional terminology, especially taken from the Toyota Principles, for example in order to talk about agile project development and management. What do you think about this kind of trend?
