I use Airr for podcasts, I still use the Apple podcasts app though but I like Airr because I can easily make quote snippets that can be converted into text and exported. Something new that I'm trying out is Taskade as my project management tool, I like the fact I can access it from a new tab with the browser extension. As for to-do lists, I use Tick Tick, I think it's just as robust as todoist and it's a bit cheaper when upgrading to premium.
Cool I am familiar with a few of the tools on this list.
I also use Trello... but I guess you can use Notion for the same things :)
