WordPress is definitely still the king of open source CMS systems and with the new Gutenberg editor it has moved a step closer to being a website builder too.
In the new era of JAMstack websites I think it would be good to mention Strapi also . It is not a website builder but a CMS to hold website data. It is one of the most popular headless CMSs out there.
