57% of My "Hungary" Proxies Weren't in Hungary

I pointed a GeoIP lookup at a pool of commercial proxies labelled "Hungary". 57% of them exited from somewhere that was not Hungary. That wasn't an outlier. It was one row of the audit: Pool label
