Multi agent handoffs fail when ownership is fuzzy. I pass a short state object with goal done criteria and last tool result so the next agent does not restart cold.

Fuzzy handoffs are one of the more common ways multi-agent runs waste time - a compact state object with the goal and last result carried forward saves a lot of re-discovery for the next agent.
