Brother, Is it necessary to have a site of our own? And the platform like pluralsight profile, stack overflow they also check our activity? And Let's say i don't have my video on Ytube any yet or I'm making and uploading now just for the sake of application, will they consider it now ?

If I understand your question very well, for me when I applied a year ago I didn't have a LinkedIn Account, Youtube Channel, Stack over, blog website, or Twitter Account. But I applied anyway. When you read my tips, it is about convincing Microsoft that you're a better choice than other students. That when given the opportunity you will work hard and excel to grow your skill set.
