Hello Mr Jon I am a student from india who has started learning oracle apex recently. Your blog have been very helpful to me and fellow students. Me and few of my friends are trying to design an application based on qr for a hackathon on oracle apex in India. For that we have trouble regarding designing UI mainly we are unable to change the icons of navigation bar except for the pre defined icons given by oracle apex it will be a huge help if you could explain how to do it.
