A note on the numbers: the 1.50 s / 100k-site figure is from a single node with 2 workers, re-measured after a fix to only probe the sites that changed. With 10k sites the same change takes 0.56 s. A million sites is the design target, not a measurement yet. Marketplace features still roll out release by release.
Clarifying note: CDNCA is an independent open-source CDN control plane under AGPL-3.0. One control plane for nodes plus a plugin marketplace idea; marketplace features roll out by version. Curious whether folks prefer building their own nodes first, or later subscribe to capacity — and what the hardest self-host step is for you today. Install packages are coming; see the site and repo README (no install commands in this thread).

One thing we left out: automatic defense has a false-positive circuit breaker. If too many IPs that previously passed a challenge get mitigated, or the success rate of normal requests drops past a threshold, automatic mitigation for that site drops back to the lowest level (L1) and you get notified. If it trips repeatedly within 24 hours, an admin has to restore it by hand.
