Claude Opus 5.5 is live: pin the model id, then check the bill

Anthropic published Claude Opus 5.5 on September 22, 2026 — the first model in the Claude 5.5 family. On the Claude Platform the model id is claude-opus-5-5. It is also available on AWS, Google Cloud,
