You always need to move, it should be a continuous process, the world does not stand still, it is constantly evolving, improving and if you stop then most likely you will fail. In the case of business, I had a situation where we were moving very slowly and there was a feeling that all processes are slowing down every day and we will soon stop, but we were able to overcome stagnation and move on. We found our salvation in the realization that we need to change the attitude towards managing our business processes and improving them. We turned for help to a company that is engaged in the management and improvement of business processes and helps to understand such an issue as continuous improvement. I thought we were experts in business, but after communicating with these guys, I realized that we need a lot more to learn, and most importantly, we have got the motivation to continuously improve ourselves.
