Deploying OpenAPI in Azure API Management with Terraform

An OpenAPI definition has to be deployed to API Management. The deployment is done with Terraform. Will an updated OpenAPI definition also update API Management API and operations? The entire code can be found in GitHub https://github.com/PlanBGmbH/u...
