In the context of UPI, I believe the full form of VPA is "Virtual Payment Address," rather than "Virtual Private Address." Most of the websites I checked display the former as the full form, while I encountered the latter in just a few instances, such as in this Razorpay blog [1]. I hope you'll make the necessary amendments.
The latter full form is also used in model questions article [2].
