Loving the series Rachel! As an Academic Director, I used to use those 4 questions (nearly identical!) in reviewing lessons/lesson plans with teachers. The meetings became so engaging and we always ended up problem-solving together. Everyone learned something. Win-win all around!

I use the similar process for the writing projects I have evaluated in the past. First, start out with the things I liked, and they have done right, then point out the areas of improvement.
