Great post. Juraj. In your opinion, how can someone get to the intuition phase faster?

Hey Viktor, great question.

First, you can progress faster by iterating fast, consulting with people who already tackled that challenge, and trying to learn from every iteration.

Second, you also have to manage your expectations. As I said, growing is hard, it is painful, and that part can't be skipped. But you can really appreciate that, also. I like to look at my journey from a third-person perspective – that allows me to separate emotions and actually kinda enjoy the challenge.

I liked that you touched on growth mindset. It is easier to fixate and think that you are not capable of handling things rather than acknowledging that it’s all a learning process. You’re just not there, yet.

And also, I relate to the fact that it can be daunting to share your thoughts through writing or any other means. How did you scale past that?

I'm glad you like it! I'm actually still going through the impostor syndrome in writing. But I have someone who reads my texts and helps them improve, and I also validate my ideas with other people
