GSoC 2026 Week 3: Auth is done — now syncing the metadata that makes everything else work

Week 2 delivered. The d2 SDK is integrated, real authentication is working through the Kotlin bridge, and the org unit ID is being cached after login. That means Flutter → Pigeon → Kotlin → d2 → DHIS2
