GSoC 2026 / Week 6: predict(), effect sizes, and the LinearModel bridge

Week 6 is midterm week, so the goal was simple: finish the planned public API surface and make sure the ANOVA project is synced with Avanish's LinearModel project. Before writing this week's code, I r
