Hello Yogini, great write up!
Couldn't agree much on the last point about limiting social media in our life. I see most of my LinkedIn feed, filled with success stories of people getting placed in FAANG companies. We get to see only a handful of people sharing their failures too.

I work 9-10hours at a restaurant and in my free time I teach myself how to program, I got this urge of wanting to study more, which means less sleep and no off days, As I write this my body is burning, I feel like my eyes have been filled with sand. Great article.
